POOR SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS I was in the salon a few times and each time I heard the salon owner/manager and staff talking about other customers. It made me wonder what they said when I wasn't there. Also my HAIR COLOR STINKS!!! I hade to go to another salon in Franklin to get it fixed because I didnt trust the girl to fix it. I guess they should focus on hair techniques more than gossiping about others!! NEEDS HELP!!!!
Sarah, is my one and only one that does my hair. It's not because the other beautiful girls can't do it. It's because I built a close bond with Sarah and I just enjoy her company. Jen and all the rest are very wonderful and talented young lady's. If you want your hair done right then THIS IS THE PLACE to be!!! Studio 20 - Wonderful Salon!!!! I received a cut, color, wax and the new Brazilian Blowout at Studio 20 a few weeks ago and the service was awesome. My hair looks the best it has looked in years. I would highly recomment Studio 20! Great prices, service & friendly stylists! A+
Best place ever I highly recommend this place, everytime I got my hair screw up they have fix it very affordable and wonderful customer service.
