Student city is the worst travel agency for students I have ever signed up with. They are the most unorganized, unintelligent, and slowest people have I ever encountered. They are a bunch of kids who are paid to mess around. They aren't helpful and they rip you off in any way possible. My group thought that we were being smart by signing up with them because they perceived to be so cheap. But once we had everything paid for and basically couldn't get our money back, they ripped us off another 600 bucks for a security deposit... read more

Poop city. They are a terrible service and rip college students off. None of them minus Will know what they are doing and they will do everything and anything to get an extra buck from you. You are better of jumping off a bridge! We had multiple problems with them and too many to list. Don't use student city.

Hey guys Phil here. Me and my two good friends recently went on the first inaugural spring break cruise with Student City called Inception at Sea. I have been a few cruises before but this has to be in the Top for me. We got to listen to 72 hours of straight music while enjoying all the amenities on and off the ship. It was unlimited food and drink and student city made it super affordable for students to be able to pay. Never use student city, could not even tell you who my rep was. I was just in freeport bahammas and was aboslutely awful. I felt like a prisoner on vacation. Spend the extra 200 bucks and book through a legitament travel agency.

I just came back from Nassau, Bahamas and I had the most amazing time!! The staff members were so much fun and always made sure we were all having the best time! I'll definitely be using Student City again, highly recommend it

My friends and I booked a studentcity trip to Nassau for this spring break and were skeptical after reading some bad reviews. However, we knew we were in good hands after a student city staff member met us right outside the gate and briefed us on this week and got us into a shuttle and to the resort in 15 minutes. When we arrived the staff members got us checked into the hotel and went through a thorough breakdown of the week with us in about 15 minutes. The whole week was so well planned and executed. I was just on Freeport, Bahamas spring break trip and it was one of the worst traveling experiences I have ever dealt with. I 100% do NOT recommend student city. Everything was so unorganized and took 10 times as long as it needed to. The "5 day trip" turned into 3 days because 2 of the days we just had to sit around and wait for everything. The "short 3 hour booze cruise to the Bahamas" was actually 5-6 hours both ways. Getting from the boat to the resort took hours, checking into the resort took hours, and same on the way ... read more

StudentCity Really Failed this time around in Cancun. I was sold the party package (which supposably they by out the venue and no one can get tickets) lie , you can get tickets to most of their events. Krystal Cancun Has No day parties . They tried to charge me $10 extra for Daddy O and They put the wrong club for one of their events so instead of Mandala it turns we had to go to Palazzo. Not worth MY MONEY.
