Just returned from the trip to Cancun and stayed at the Krystal. StudentCity capitalizes on everything they promised and more. The staff was super friendly and made sure that each traveler was taken care of, ensuring safety and a great time.

This year was my first time traveling with StudentCity, except instead of being on vacation, I was part of the media team covering the Dominican Republic. My first impression was WOW! The resort was beautiful, clean, huge and the staff was welcoming and helpful in making sure I knew my way around. We stayed at the Be Live Collection in Punta Cana right on the beach. Having worked in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for two years with StudentCity, I can tell you personally that our staff works endlessly hoping each Student has a safe and wonderful experience. We truly do care about each and every traveler. The team that we had this year were the true rock stars!
If you don't care about your safety this is the company for you.
Avoid at all costs!!! The workers are rude, have no idea what's going on and don't help you at all!! checking out of our hotel was a nightmare and we almost missed our bus to the airport which was organized by student city, because we had no direction on how to check out properly and get our deposits back. When we asked a studentcity worker for help, he said he has no clue and we asked him to tell the bus to wait for us and he just kept texting. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH STUDENTCITY

So first off they sent out an email thirty minutes before the flight saying everyone in my group got moved. Then they said only half of us got moved. Then after that the staff is completely rude and disrespectful. Sometimes they would just straight up lie about what a party pass entailed. Illinois State went to South Padre Island, Texas and absolutely loved it. StudentCity made it such a great experience for all of us. Arnie was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything that was promised was included. 100 percent working with StudentCity for spring break 2018!!

We went to South Padre Island, Texas for our spring break and it was an unforgettable experience!! Student City was a great service to go through. Arnie Jimenez and student city were so easy to talk to, easy to reach, and reach to work with. They made sure everything was perfect with you and you were enjoying yourself! Not only were we directly in the center of everything but we had access to anything thanks to student city!! I highly recommend going through student city!
South Padre was amazing! It was the time of a life time, but it couldn't be possible with out Megan Stoll! From the first day helping us with every nagging question we had to making sure we always were having fun. I've never met someone who can have so much fun, be so proud of their job, and be so so responsible at the same time. She took her job so seriously it was so impressive.
