If only I could give your company zero stars. Hidden fees and constant bullshit. Definitely gonna pass on how shitty of a company it is. I could have booked the same trip by myself for half the price. And when I tried to call the 24 hr number that was supposed answer or respond via text it was clear I was being ignored. If I could give Student Shitty less than a star, I would but unfortunately it wouldn't let me. It is almost a waste of my time to right a bad review about them but it's better to warn others about how bad student shitty was for our spring break trip this year. Traveled to Cancun, Mexico with seven friends this spring break. Sarah Goode was such a great help in organizing the entire trip! She ensured my friends and I were satisfied every step of the way and was always quick to respond when we had questions. Make sure to thank Sarah for all her hard work!
I witnessed a Student City trip when I stayed in Nassau last week. Those on the trip took over the entire resort, destroying the place (breaking the elevator, etc..)... We saw many people wearing shirts that said STAFF however I never saw them doing anything ... at one point I walked by a balcony to find a girl passed out in her own vomit - no one around to help in the middle of the day. I've worked with many spring break companies before and StudentCity was by far the best experience ever! It was simple throughout the booking process and when I arrive in South Padre. The StudentCity staff is friendly and always around to help you with anything you need. They make sure you and your group are having an amazing time during your trip! This was the worst trip I have taken in my life. Student City was the most unorganized company I have ever witnessed. There was no communication whatsoever with us after our "orientation". This is a huge tourist trap, do not book your trip with Student City. First off, the emergency number that they listed on their brochure they gave out was wrong. Had a great time in PCB! Student city got us a meet and greet with Brett Eldredge and helped us threw the whole process. Brittany from student city was always a text away if we had any questions or concerns. The hotel they set us up in was beautiful and I couldn't imagine a better trip! Much easier than trying to get 7 college students to plan a trip on their own!

Terribly unorganized. Awful communication. Made it out to be much greater than it was. GOT STUCK IN A TOURIST TRAP. Avoid at all cost. I would ask for a reimbursement if I could
