I am not one to write reviews no matter how good or bad but for this I decided to make an exception. Arnie Jimenez (regional manager for student city since 2006) is literally the most disrespectful and inconsiderate rep I have ever worked with. I haven't even gotten a chance to explain to him my problems because he won't return any of my calls. We paid $250 more than everyone else because we were promised "amazing bonuses" and "VIP" everything but literally all of that was bullshit. The other reps for student city were helpf... read more

Ended up without a room at my destination. Had to figure things out independently from studentcity, worse travel agency I have ever dealt with.
