There are many people out there that probably have had good service with Stucky Brothers but we have not. We have had terrible service for the past 6 months on the same product, a DCS range. We chose and paid a higher price for this appliance after being assured what a great product it was going to be! We have had service out since May and they still cannot get it fixed. We have bought several appliances here but this last dryer was a lemon and left burn marks on our clothing. It is only 2 years old. After some research I even found it has caused house fires. I love the service people and they are wonderful. However after months of going around about it I emailed Mr. Rounds (manager) with photos of yet more damage and unfortunately never got a response back. I love it because I've worked there for 38 years. It's a solid, family owned business that's built its reputation on great customer service for almost 101 years.
We have purchased several appliances from Stucky Brothers. I really like our new stacking washer/dryer. Stucky Brothers has always treated us fairly and with good service! (Which you don't get at some of the other stores.)
