We scheduled an install and even have two receipts to prove that we did. They delivered our appliances today and said we did not order and install. We called the store and asked them what was going on. The manager would not talk to me And lady I did talk to proceeded to yell that it was my fault and that it was my problem so loudly that my husband could hear her from the other room and she wasn’t on speaker phone ! By calling when my part comes in & not waiting for me to call and ask about it 3 weeks later; by calling my phone number you've had on file for 7 months, not the wrong one; by calling at the time they said they would to LMK what time they would be here; by ACTUALLY fixing my appliance instead of occasionally showing up and telling me it's not fixed!! We have had a terrible experience with Stucky Brothers. We ordered all of our high end appliances there. We were given wrong dimensions, which caused custom cabinetry to be sized incorrectly. Their installation guy, which we paid extra, totally screwed up vent hood installation requiring more time from cabinet maker to fix. The cabinet guy and our General Contractor ended up installing the vent hood. Our appliances have needed many of service calls in less than a year. The worst being our wall oven. Went to purchase two parts for my refrigerator at the Sundberg America parts company... had a simple question for the service department at Stuckeys. Salesman showed me to the service Dept. He asked the guy standing there if he had a quick second after I explained my situation to the sales guy... his quick and sharp reply was NOPE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A FRIENDLIER PLACE. And be sure to read all other reviews regarding their attitude.. I'm not the only one.

We purchased new Frigidaire kitchen appliances from Lowe’s a little over 2 months ago. We had an issue with the refrigerator and found out that Stucky’s is the one we needed to call to have it serviced in this area. Well, long story short...Stucky’s have some of the rudest service techs I have ever had to displeasure of dealing with. My 84-year-old Mother, tried to buy a specialty refrigerator from Stucky's just last week and received extremely poor service. I don't know if the sales people are arrogant or just disinterested in waiting on an older woman. They were not at all helpful and the experience left her confused and frustrated. I was able to go ONLINE to another NATIONAL retailer and got all the info that they did not/could not provide to her. They don't have much local competition so I guess they don't have to care about their customers.
