The delivery team is the best. They work there butts off. They hook everything up very well. My grandma had some stuff delivered and they did such a great job. Great job to the delivery team.
Bought a refrigerator their Bargain Barn. The old refrigerator was in the basement and unplugged for quite some time. During removal, about 3 gallons of water drained all over my floor, which I had to then call in a carpet cleaner! Since the carpet cleaning was about the same price as the delivery fee, I called and inquired about getting a refund for the hassle. Terrible customer service. Tim sold us a Frigidaire refrigerator & we had it repaired over & over with it still not working. We have been out thousands of dollars on food that has been ruined. They do not stand by their products. They admitted they had issues with this model, but will not do anything about it. All we wanted to do was return it for another make or model. They hung up on me & said we are “stuck” with it! I now see how they got their name!
What a life saver they are! Ordered a freezer 4/1 from Lowe’s thinking I had time for my beef at the butcher shop 1st of May. Noticed it would be delivered 4/23 between 8-8! Received an email at 10 AM on the 23rd telling me it’s now coming May6! They said it was special order, no where on their website did it state this! Cancelled order and called Stuckey Brothers and Tim said they had the same freezer in stock and managed to get it delivered today!Joe and Damon delivered and set it all up today! Show up the first time when you are supposed to. Complete the installation upon delivery. Provide accurate dimensions. It's pretty bad when I see a Stucky's van around the corner from my house, yet given excuses why all of my appliances can't be delivered.
poor customer service and not doing what they said they will! very unreliable.
