Tried it out after races Saturday 3/17/18...met at door by owner or manager. Very friendly gentleman and knowledgeable about he's Q. Staff inside was very helpful. Food was awesome. My brisket was tender and smooth. Will return and 10x better than anything in Hot Springs as far as BBQ.

Some Co-workers of my husband told us we needed to try out Stubby’s BBQ. They weren’t lying. The staff were very friendly and informative of places to visit while here on our trip. We ordered the rib plate for two. The meat was falling off the bone and very delicious. Our sides were baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. All very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves some good BBQ.

These guys got it down. The ribs were awesome! I got a combo platter and nothing was bad. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.
I ordered the Supreme Spud, which was more than I could eat, and my wife ordered half a chicken and potato salad. Everything we ordered was great! Very courteous staff too. Plan on going back before we leave town.
The BBQ and beans were very "so-so". I had the chopped pork sandwich and the pork tasted a bit old. The beans tasted like something you would get out of a can. The peach cobler was really good though. The facility was clean and presentable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Best resturaunt I have ever been to. The food is prepared fresh daily and is absolutely amazing! If you like BBQ this is your go to. Fast service, comfortable setting and very friendly staff. Love it!
Absolutely the best Food, tender ribs, ham is awesome, brisket and chopped pork was great! I will be back!
