The brisket sandwiches we ordered to-go were literally a pile of fat on a bun. Both my wife & I took 2 bites and threw it in the trash. People & service were great but the brisket was inedible. Take this from some one who has been coming there since the original location on the hill in the 1960's. I know what Stubby's was all about and this is not it. Flavor was good, but quality of meat was real grainy and tuff. Ribs were good and so was sweet tea.
