Service team is absolutely horrible. My father took his road glide ultra to Stubbs after dropping it, to get some body work done. Not only did they strip out half of the internal threads when putting the fairing back on, but they also left out half of the hardware on the fairing and controls, as well as put two completely different mirrors back on the handlebars. I wouldn’t trust those guys to work on a three year old child’s big wheel!
Great staff clean restrooms! Went there for a fundraiser and first class all of the way.

I went in the day of the Rally thought I had an appointment, but come to find out I didn't. They some how got me in for a rear tire change in time for ride. Great customer service.
