Did not have a good experience salesman Nick was a great guy . We were trying to put a deal together negotiating the numbers. The sales manager David Ball came over was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I will never go back to Stubbs Cycle as long as he's there. I think that he needs to go back to training on how to talk to your customers. But I would like to reassure that salesman Nick was very nice and very courteous. Also very apologetic.
I've been buying bikes at Stubbs since they were in the red building across the street and before they even sold Harleys. Even as a teenager, the salesmen have always treated my friends and I with Respect and that's why I've been going back year after year. Service has always been outstanding and the women in clothing are always helpful and patient. Have known Becky for years and Kendra also. Kendra even helped me pick out an engagement ring at one point and never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking up to much of her... read more

Love this store. Great customer service from guys and girls there. The motorcycle class they have is awesome! Bill the instructor is patient and is very thorough. Would totally recommend this store if you need to get your motorcycle license!
