They most definitely feel like a Family dealerships. They don’t hound you or buggy you like some sales people. They will give you the Best Deal your money can buy. This is my First Harley and I went in there with a price in mind and they surprised me when they beat the price I came in with. The service department of the import side has been exceptional! Chris and Tommy and the techs working on my boulevard are top notch! A long fiasco that the warranty company and previous shop put me through and they worked with me on everything! I’ll definitely be returning for EVERYTHING! Can’t speak highly enough of these guys!
I bought a Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide with 8477 miles on it with cash. 247 miles later, ALL the rear sprocket bolts came out and damaged the swingarm, and chrome cover; their mechanic hadn't used Locktight on the bolts... It just about killed me. They asked me to bring the bike back, which I did. Only to he told they would only replace the bolts WITHOUT addressing ANY of the other damage.
