It's been 7 months since I went to Stubbs Dental for a "free" consultation. This consultation ened up costing me $5000 because I signed a treatment plan without understanding that there was a nonrefundable fee. I was made to feel like a thief for even mentioning a refund even though ZERO work was done on my mouth. I'm a single mom of two daughters and really need that money. Worst dental office ever! David Stubbs cares about money, nothing else. His concern is being on his TV show not patient care. His dental office has zero customer service and are all about charging patients as much as possible for procedures they don't need. I went to another dental office for a 2nd opinion and found I didn't need anything Stubbs dental treatment plan called for. When money is more important than quality of care and trust, it's time to out the corrupt. Don't trust this dental practice!

We had 4 implants done at Stubbs over two years ago. I guess the implants were reasonably priced and the work was good (though my wife has an annoying food catching gap).. The real problem is with their loose accounting procedures. We paid what they said we owed in full at the time (though the documentation was poor at the time). Delena was so great to work with! No pressure just lots of help and suggestions. Everyone at the Murray office were so helpful and welcoming! Even though it isn't the right time for us to do this we will be back!!

Went for initial appt. Missing teeth, failed implants and partial. The initial estimate from stubbs in Bountiful to do 4 on 4 was $37000. I was told they could discount $7k. Dentures would've been $1400. The dentist wanted to remove all remaining teeth, never addressed my concerns about gum desease and genetics. If I'd agreed to dentures, the soonest appt for molds only was almost a month out. No one returned calls to explain EXACTLY what a treatment plan entailed.
