I had a great experience at American Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional and the atmosphere was welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to the dental assistant, Jazzmin. She was absolutely fantastic—attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. My first visit at the practice was a positive experience. I was seen promptly at my appointment time, the hygienist was polite and efficient and did a great job of cleaning my teeth, the dentist was pleasant, did a quick exam and I was on my way. It’s definitely a volume operation but I was satisfied with my visit and will return. Overall, it was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be!
Going to the dentist is never fun. The atmosphere at American Dental Care is designed to relax the patient. Simple things like the chair facing the window may not seem like a lot but it went a long way towards lowering my anxiety. Thanks to whole staff for a job well done!
I loved loved loveddddd it here! I have really bad dental anxiety and the process was amazing from start to finish. Reception was extremely kind and helpful, Kelly was AMAZING! She was so kind, respectful, and just handled my anxiety so well! Cleaning was quick and painless for me, I can’t tell enough how good this girl Kelly was!!!! American dental care is the best experience with a dentist I've had in Dover. Had to go in for an urgent care visit was able to have my problem taken care of THAT day! The staff are professional and knowledgeable answering everything and clearly explaining what is going on and what needs to be done. Lovely folk all around. I trust my teeth to them!
