We hosted our daughter's graduation party at Strum's BBQ, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Craig really puts out a great spread — the food was excellent across the board. The ambiance is really cool, and the place has that perfect BBQ smell the second you walk in. They use oak wood, which gives the meat incredible flavor you can really taste. We'll definitely be booking another party here soon. Highly recommend!
Amazing BBQ, best I've had since South Carolina. Very personable owner and staff, the pork belly was amazing for the day, bought the rest that was available for a travel snack. Briscut was also super!! Wish that Morris was closer to Indianapolis so I could visit more often.
Showed up as he was closing up. He told us come on in and he would be happy to serve us. Even walked us through his menu. Very friendly and the food was excellent! Highly, highly recommended! We will go back any time we are in the Morris area.
