This place is special. The moment that I walked in the door I could feel the awesome energy and authenticity in the space. I had two appointments- Hair with Izabela and balayage with Skyler. Both were excellent and it was a joy to spend time with each of them. First time for bangs and balayage and this place is exactly what I needed. I LOVE MY HAIR. If you want to support a salon with lots of talent and heart… this is it 🧡
I was recommended to Erica and my first experience was amazing. She has a great eye for style, color and cut and she tried something new for me that brought me many compliments. Also to note, the experiences I had with customer service were outstanding. Everyone is kind and attentive and the professionalism is impressive. I love receiving reminders of my appointments.
Carol is fantastic with thick hair. The vibe of the salon is great and you can tell it's one of the salons where the stylists build eachother up and don't gossip about each other.
Such a great environment with convenient location in The Factory. Love Erica and Torey! Perfect cuts every time.
