I was recommended to Erica and my first experience was amazing. She has a great eye for style, color and cut and she tried something new for me that brought me many compliments. Also to note, the experiences I had with customer service were outstanding. Everyone is kind and attentive and the professionalism is impressive. I love receiving reminders of my appointments.
Carol is fantastic with thick hair. The vibe of the salon is great and you can tell it's one of the salons where the stylists build eachother up and don't gossip about each other.
Such a great environment with convenient location in The Factory. Love Erica and Torey! Perfect cuts every time.

Erica is flat out amazing! I’ve tried for years to get the hair of my dreams and in one session (she literally cleared her morning to ensure enough time) she more than nailed it! The salon is fantastic and filled with collaborative hair artists. A true gem!
