Attention to detail! Our inspector took the time to explain, show and educate to my clients. He even took the time to teach my client how to change the furnace filter!
I will recommend Structural Tech, they did a very through inspection. Very happy with their professionalism.
Joe did a great job informing us about the home and letting us know the pros and cons. He pointed out a lot of great things to be on the lookout for and safety reasons. My buyers have a better idea of what to look out for the next time. Very knowledgable and he answered all of our questions.
