Strongbuilt offered a courtesy checkup for my AC which I accepted. The office called and set up a date and time. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and did a very thorough inspection of my system. It is an old system and he explained the problems and potential problems as well. He explained the advantages of a newer system but did not try to scare me into replacing my system right away. Technician very knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly contact Strongbuilt when ready to replace system.

Bryan and Frankie cleaned and repaired the ductwork for our HVAC. They were very professional and courteous in all the work they did for us. They arrived on time and did a thorough clean up before leaving. Highly recommend them and Strongbuilt.

We are so happy with the people at Strongbuilt. They are all courteous, friendly and happy. The latest two that installed our new heat pump, Mike and Carl, are a perfect example of this. The job they did on our roof is beyond reproach. Everything was neat, finished, tied down and they even painted under the unit. Our roof has never looked like that when others were done. Thank you Carl and Mike for the great job.

Jeff and his crew just left after putting in a long day installing our new HVAC unit. These men were wonderful. Courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They were very careful bringing in the equipment, laid down floor mats and most importantly cleaned thoroughly after they were finished. They explained our new system and made sure we understood. I would highly recommend Strongbuilt for any job you need done. Thank you Jeff.

Technician, Mark Gostomski, came to check our air conditioner and furnace. Showed up promptly and explained what he was going to do. He covered his shoes so he would not track anything into the house and he took off the shoe covers when he went to his truck and than put them back on. The work was done quickly and he answered all of our questions regarding our system, and a question we had about thermostats. First off, Brandon and Dallas, are Excellent salesmen, We were thinking of a roof model and they explained another, more efficient one. Couldn't believe the crew was out THE NEXT DAY to start. Had it all installed in 1 1/2 days just like they said. this was such a great day. mike and brad were two great guys from Strongbuilt and they installed new ac and furnace. this was the best experience i have ever had with a company from start to finish. i can now look forward to summer. i would advise any one to deal with this company you will be getting the best. mary swaidner
