Jan. 9, 2025 Jessie Torres was our service technician this day. He called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and even petted the dog. :-) He explained the checks and how the system was performing. DON’T TRUST THEM!! I had high hope when I scheduled StrongBuilt to come to the house. The first technician came on April 26. He gave me an estimate to put in a 3rd zone and said he can come back to install on May 5 and I paid the amount in full. He never showed up and we never got a call. We called the following Monday to find out what happened and the said they would send out another technician. He came looked at what needed to be done and said someone would call back. Mark A. and Jose B. cleaned and sealed my ac/heating ducts. They were both polite and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The job was done efficiently, and the difference was immediately noticeable upon completion. They thoroughly cleaned up after completion and assisted me with replacing moved items..

Mike S. and David M. installed a new AC and furnace for me. They were both polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The install was done efficiently, and all my questions were answered. They also pointed out some additional problems to be addressed in the future. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the install.

Way over charge for labor . $1000.00 dollars labor for installation of a 60.09 dollar motor , 500.00 dollar labor for cleaning squirrel cage and 380.00 for cleaning a evap. They used a few sprays of a spray bottle and some water. Total almost 1900.00 dollars for something that shouldn't have cost 600.00 at the most . Veteran own . I guess that's what help a vet. Means I got screwed !! There are better and cheaper companies out there , just take time ,ask a friend or look and watch out ...

I was most pleased with the service I received from Stongbuilt Plumbing and Air. Our airconditioner had quit cooling on Tuesday night and I left an email on Wednesday morning to ask that someone be sent out to check out and repair our system. My email was answered with a telephone call by a young lady who was efficient and polite and friendly. Thanks to technician Chase Giles for identifying issues with our old water heater yesterday. He was back the next day to replace the unit, for which we are thankful. We were also made aware of packrat issues, so we will implement protection from those predators. Thank you sir! Excellent service.
