They won’t sell me a trial pair of contacts because I didn’t buy contacts from them. Also very upset because the doctor told me I was getting a certain brand that I always been using but instead gives me a different brand than I asked for, so now they want me to come back and try out the brand I already use and I have to pay more money. Screw that.. never going back.
took my son there for an annual check up last year, will never go back. The young doctor who was doing his exam prescribed him glasses for absolutely no reason, she also tried to sell us more expensive test instead of pupil dilation. Obviously we didn't buy him glasses because as she said "they were optional". He has a perfect vision, she was clearly doing this to make extra money. Went to the new Fairfield location today. I love Dr. Strong and all the ladies that work there. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, (at both locations) and I highly recommend them!
I had an emergency on Saturday and they got me in quickly and took very good care of me. I love the ladies that work here!!
Me and my wife have been going there for years Dr. Strong and her staff are great. Always love going there.
