Very patient staff, I’m so indecisive about everything. I hate glasses so it takes me forever to pick. The cypress location ladies were so patient with me and helped me pick patiently even though I made her bring me over 10 pairs. Thank you for going above and beyond, specially to the girl that helped me. �
I have been a patient, seeing Dr. Strong for a long time. I have always found the staff pleasent as are the Drs. in the practice. Dr. Strong has always taken great care of my eyes. She has always fitted me with the proper lens, glasses and contacts.
My husband brought a prescription in to refill his contacts and it was not honored. He turned it in on time but because it would not be ready till after the date on the prescription they would not honor. Very disappointed since he has been a loyal customer and he called it in before the expiration. No response from management, just a flat out no from them. He should have been told that it needed to be turned in a week before it expired.
Very upset with Strong Vision Center. They charge you for the exam and then don't honor their commitment to the prescription. I will never go to them or recommend them to anyone. CHEATS!
