Loved living at the Stritz! Great location and well managed.
This place was truly wonderful to live at. As a senior at ISU, I couldn’t have asked more for the location and provided amenities within the apartment. Management and uptake was top notch, with every simple request completed at a high standard. Location is perfect, with the campus, bars, bus stops, food, and other facilities near by. Really enjoyed living here and having Mary Anne as a landlord!
I lived in stritz during the 2023-2024 school year and it was an awesome place to live! If there was ever an issue, it got fixed super quick and Maryanne made sure to keep everyone in the loop of things. It’s also super close to campus and there is a bus stop right across the street if I ever didn’t feel like walking to class. The price was super reasonable for everything that was included!
In all of my four years of college The Stritz has been the best place I have lived. In my two years as a resident, any apartment problems I had were fixed in a very timely manner. The staff at The Stritz were always extremely friendly and helpful. I overwhelmingly appreciated doing business with them rather than a large corporation with endless “service fees”.
