BEWARD!! BEWARE!!!!! I received a phone call from a "manager" named mark letting me know I won a free month trial from a drawing I was in. He said I need to come in to claim my prize. When I got there he told me that I need to sign this contract to become a member, so I can use my free month trial. Strength Beyond is where its at! Joined just a couple months ago, was very timid joining a gym but i talked with Aaron and he showed me around and made me feel comfortable so I was able to relax and enjoy the gym. The on staff trainers they have are great as well and very flexible. Seeing results and improvements with my body has made this fun and encouraging to keep going. I had never really worked out much before and they have made me feel like a pro.
Strength Beyond I've been working out at Strength Beyond going on 6 years now and I couldn't be happier. Since I've been going there I've lost over 40 pounds and maintained it. Best Gym Around I'm a big fan of Strength Beyond. This gym has a lot of equipment that you won't find at many other gyms which makes changing workouts easy as you have a large variety of exercises to choose from. Good atmosphere and the staff are true gym-people who really know their stuff (in contrast to what I have personally observed at many mainstream commercial gyms).
