ZERO STARS. Our water was shut off today due to Streetlane non-payment (As our rental agreement outlines that Streetlane pays all utilities on our behalf) I confirmed with the City Utilities department that the Management Company failed to pay the water bill and there is a $200 outstanding unpaid balance. Lets put it this way, they started shuffling out people, canceling lease renewals and their solution for support was to turn off their phones.

I wish I could give them a zero. No water for third time this year, among other issues, due to their failure to pay the bill. Do not rent!!!!
Renter beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They clean the homes up for renting purposes, but when you need them for service forget it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Already paid application fee but It takes forever for a representative to talk to you. Also takes too long for a reply.
It took me threatening to hold my rent payment in order to get someone out to the house to fix the heater. After 3 weeks of failed attempts... We call, email and text the parties necessary, and THEY DONT RESPOND. You can expect to contact them 10-20 times before hearing back. Oh, and once they do get back to you, they are rude, and don't give apologies for lack of communication. Be better than that Streetlane...
I’m not even going to give them a star ! They took over the property from the previous property managers! I tried emailing them no response! I’m over them when my lease up I’m moving out
