My experience with the two managers of the property I've stayed at (Mike Hangemanole and Corinne Merzeraud) have been terrible. Mike was extremely unresponsive (I had to reach out day-of to ask how to access the unit) and because the prior tenant had asked for a couple days' extension to move out after had I signed the lease, Mike never revised the lease agreement when he said he would, and completely ghosted me.
