We've lived in the same place for 3+ years and have a seamless expereince. Specifically, Jacob Romanek - our property manager - has been great to work with and has been extremely accommodating to our needs.
I had a great experience with Keona! She was very professional, quick response times, professional, & so compassionate. She really treats her tenants with the utmost respect. Kudos to Keona!
I feel EXTREMELY unsafe in a property they are managing. A homeless person is living on the property in an abandoned car and I’ve asked for assistance multiple times. Their request is for me, the resident, to contact the city. How is this my responsibility? And then when I did, as I knew would be the result, it’s not a regular tow because someone is living in the car. When I again asked for assistance or a supervisor, I was again told to take pictures. We're new residents at a Streamline managed property. Irving has been terrific to work with. He gets back extremely promptly and really takes the initiative to get things done--whether it's working out a contract, fixing a bulb, or anything else. A consummate professional who's easy to work with and completely reliable.
