I had a great experience with Streamline, everyone was super responsive and any issues with my apartment were dealt with within a day. I also received my security deposit back within about a week. I can’t recommend them more as a tenant
Our experience with Irving Garcia at Streamline has been really extraordinary! We have rented in five cities over the past 16 years, of which 10 years have been spent in DC and we have never had a property manager as responsive, kind, considerate, and proactive as Irving. We've lived in the same place for 3+ years and have a seamless expereince. Specifically, Jacob Romanek - our property manager - has been great to work with and has been extremely accommodating to our needs.
I had a great experience with Keona! She was very professional, quick response times, professional, & so compassionate. She really treats her tenants with the utmost respect. Kudos to Keona!
I feel EXTREMELY unsafe in a property they are managing. A homeless person is living on the property in an abandoned car and I’ve asked for assistance multiple times. Their request is for me, the resident, to contact the city. How is this my responsibility? And then when I did, as I knew would be the result, it’s not a regular tow because someone is living in the car. When I again asked for assistance or a supervisor, I was again told to take pictures.
