Went to see Nikki. I have a short pixie cut and desperately needed a cut and highlight. As an FYI, I generally am not that happy after a salon visit so I tend to use box dye and get cheap haircuts. But it’s a new year so I splurged. So glad I did. She really listened to what I wanted- something to transition between professional and fun. Recommended a phenomenal color shampoo that adds fun vivid highlights in. Could not be happier. My hair has never looked better. I can’t wait to go back to see what she does. Very disappointed. Nice people but highly overpriced for below average work. Showed Kelsey a picture that I wanted mine to look like and mine came out nothing like it. It was way darker and after I payed over $180 when I called immediately the next day as it needed to be fixed and she threw a handful of highlights in they went to charge me $60 for correcting their mistake. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately won't be returning.
I have been going to Alex for quite some time now and I cannot say enough good things about her and the salon. Alex is so talented with color and always knows exactly what to do to work with my requests and my budget.
Lindsay did an amazing job on color. I left it up to her and it came out great. I will be going back!!
