I didn’t get at all what I asked for! Very disappointed after spending 3 hours in a chair and 200$!! The salon did refund 1/2 my money, which I appreciate, however I still believe I should have received a full refund!
I recently relocated from New York to Charleston and consider myself so lucky to have found this place! I was booked with Nikki for my initial appointment and she was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a pretty dramatic transformation and Nikki was super informative about how we could get to where I wanted to be, while at the same time healing the damage that my hair presented with. I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been to 4 different stylists due to my schedule and all 4 have been amazing. I love that they take the time to learn techniques and master them. It’s hard to find a “perfect” salon being a really picky blonde but this is the best one 🙌🏻
