I've been having some haircut PTSD.... a few weeks ago, I was in a hurry. So instead of going to my regular stylist, I ran into Supercuts on James Island to get a trim.... well that lady cut almost 6 inches off my hair without asking what I wanted AND cut it 3/4 of an inch shorter on one side than the other. I cried. It's the first time I have ever cried when having my hair cut. I felt like I had lost a huge part of me. Leah is amazing. I am very particular agent or comes to my color and Leah nailed it! I am always a bit apprehensive about going to a new salon, but even with all the things going on with covid and social distancing, it felt very warm and welcoming. Super convenient parking situation is another bonus. Everyone there seems super talented, so you can't go wrong!
sbs has and will always be my favorite salon. abby is the BEST all around stylist and the location is pretty centralized. ❤️ 🍓
I had my hair colored at this salon - normal service for balyage and a haircut. When I went to pay it was $277! Before tip. I was kind of in shock but didn’t say anything. I called later to find out I’d been charged $50 for a “money piece” in addition to the full balyage and haircut. When I called back to speak to the manager, to explain that 1 I should’ve told about this charge and 2 I shouldn’t have to pay extra for some face framing highlights when I’m already paying for a full highlight, she told me that Jill used extra ... read more
