They pull you in with “the only utilities you pay is electric”. Which sounds nice, but, I lose heat every morning, I lose water at least 3 times a week, the staff would rather sit on the patio of the leasing office smoking cigarettes than answer the phone and help. Would NOT recommend.
what a joke...first they charge me for pest control when i did exactly what the paoer told me n tbe pest control said they had to spray n rescheduled then tbey come again n everything was completed as told and the charge me 150 again n on top of that send me a deliquency notice for rent n my rent is all paid...this is frustrating especially during the holidays..i have had to rearrange my apt so many damm times to comply w these monthly inspections..like what are they looking for anyways....i have less than 2 months left here... read more

They could care less about their tenants. I have a 6 month old and have been waiting for an ac unit for 2 months, and someone in the office told me wife ,when she went down there to ask about it, “it’s only 81 degrees outside” how rude, unprofessional, and inhuman can you be? And now that we are ready to move out and have signed all of our paperwork they’ve magically lost all of our paperwork and are trying to make us pay $1300+. I will be speaking with a lawyer soon!
lol this place is a joke. Between the apartment manager saying she was gonna try to reimburse us, to the loud fridge, to the soaking wet living room floor, which took about a week and a half to fix, no hot water for 4 months, no heat for 2 weeks, terrible driveways and pot holes everywhere, pool was closed all summer. I would highly consider not settling for this dump. Keep looking, this place sucks.
Within the first week of living here my tire was popped by one of the several enormous pot holes in the parking lot. Moving forward one month our heat did not work and nobody came to fix it for about 2 weeks. Additionally we had absolutely no hot water at all for 2 months. To conclude, our living room carpet is now soaked from something soaking upward from underneath the apartments.
