My cousin with a toddler and new born had their water shut off with no warning and said it would be only 24 hours yet here it is past that time frame and theyre unwilling to even compensate for the water shes had to buy considering. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!

RecommendedI have lived here since April , under the new management DUNMIRE and all I have to say is this apartment complex has been nothing but great to us! They have always fixed any issues, if we even had any! They are always there to help! Shanika is fantastic & truly such an amazing person, always there for her tenants 😀

I left last Wednesday on a trip, I get back today and my car is gone. They swear up and down that they sent texts messages and called and left a voicemail. Yet I have no voicemail or text. They even supposedly sent out an email but that’s not there either. So either they are lying to cover their self or whatever system they used to send these notifications out isn’t working. nice apartments, great manager
I had a friend who lived there and they had severe bed bugs and cockroaches. Issues with their refrigerator which took forever to fix and their car was broken into in the parking lot.
Status Apartments have no remorse for how they treat their tenants and all they are about is $$ even when the lease is up and they are still trying to get money!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN FULLY CLEAN OUT THEIR APARTMENTS AFTER SOMEONE HAS MOVED OUT!!! THEY TALK ABOUT HOW PET FRIENDLY THEY ARE, BUT THE APARTMENTS SMELL LIKE CAT PISS!! Even my worst enemy deserves a better apartment complex then this sh** hole!! Thank you.
a resident for over a year with no trouble. they broke their lease aggreement and had my van towed without giving me notice. they didnt notify me themselves nor did the tow company tag my vehicle. they broke lease agreement!
