Called to get pricing on Provenza flooring. We are in need of 4500 sq ft due to water damage in our home. We found a specific Provenza floor that we are looking for to replace the floors in our home. We have a local installer, so we just want to order the wood and come pick it up. The receptionist that I spoke with was very nice and she took down all of my information, and she told me she would have someone call me back for pricing. I moved into a new home and had a year warranty on the floors. I submitted requests with my builder to to get several floor planks replaced that were peeling and Strathmore came until it was perfect. I appreciate Fabio coming twice to look at the floors. His crew (Guero, Berna, and Jader) was excellent.

Strathmore installed our Shaw LVP flooring through Costco last year. They are a Costco vendor. The flooring is supposed to be scratch resistant/scratch proof (which is why we bought it). Well, it scratched, so we reached out to Strathmore to replace the scratched planks that are warrantied. This is the word-for-word rude response via email I got from Deanna Brewer at Strathmore, "Scratches are not covered on Strathmore warranty due to scratches being homeowner damage. Never in my life have I experienced such unbelievable neglect as a customer. I emailed Michael on 2/16 a photo of a carpet I was looking for. He responded that he thought he did recognize it but would check the next day when he got to work. From that point until now I have tried texting him, calling his cell phone, calling the store, leaving messages for FOUR WHOLE WEEKS!!!! I have gotten ZERO response.
