Half the staff are friendly but the installation manager is incredibly rude and cheap. Expect a sloppy installation if you go with these guys.

Called to get pricing on Provenza flooring. We are in need of 4500 sq ft due to water damage in our home. We found a specific Provenza floor that we are looking for to replace the floors in our home. We have a local installer, so we just want to order the wood and come pick it up. The receptionist that I spoke with was very nice and she took down all of my information, and she told me she would have someone call me back for pricing.
