Installer arrived late and asked me what he was supposed to do. I work from home and had a work call and asked him to let my wife show him. Next thing I hear is him raising his voice to my wife. I had to stop my work call to go and tell him to be quiet that I was in a meeting. He finally starts working and the "supervisor" comes by to check on the job. Half the staff are friendly but the installation manager is incredibly rude and cheap. Expect a sloppy installation if you go with these guys.

Called to get pricing on Provenza flooring. We are in need of 4500 sq ft due to water damage in our home. We found a specific Provenza floor that we are looking for to replace the floors in our home. We have a local installer, so we just want to order the wood and come pick it up. The receptionist that I spoke with was very nice and she took down all of my information, and she told me she would have someone call me back for pricing.
