They were very helpful and kept me informed about my case. I was skeptical at first but they really worked with me and made me feel comfortable during the process and after a few years of waiting my payday came through. I was able to return my 2017 and purchases a brand new 2023 vehicle paid in full and still had a few coins left. Try them you won't be disappointed. They really mean what they say. Very knowledgeable about the process for collecting money from the company for lemon law. Their phone system needs up dating.Keeping the client informed could be a little better.When I did have questions they were answered in a timely manner. It takes time, its a long process but if you hang in there with them, they will get you the BEST deal possible!! Highly recommend them!!

I was surprised when I received the initial letter from SLP. I thought I would just have to live with the problems with my vehicle. The two year wait was worth it to get my car paid off and more than enough to buy a new car with cash. The process went pretty smooth and Im very satisfied.
