This law firm has horrible customer service. They constantly hang up when I ask for updates. I have spoken with *****, ******* and ******. All three were rude and unprofessional. ****** actually hung up on me and then blamed the phone systems were being updated. I never get call backs from the attorneys. I received a call form someone from this firm. They sated my file was being closed. I asked what file, I never contacted an attorney. She replied ok thank you and hung up. Highly suspicious. Are they begging for clients by lying to people they call? i would never do business with them if i needed to based on this call.
The staff responded to questions quickly. We were kept informed on the process.
SLP did exactly what they set out to do. I have no complaints with the result. Unfortunately for me, our case took a lot longer than expected, due to us beginning literally at the on set of all the shutdowns back in 2020. Still, we prevailed.. I am as happy as anyone could possibly be. I highly recommend SLP to anyone seeking help with Lemon Law. Thanks Strategic Legal Practices!!!
Great results in the long long process (4 years). One improvement would be to have some system or person provide some sort of status during the whole process. Maybe an email, text or call. Very frustrating to have to call monthly or quarterly to just know where the case is in the process. But in the end, it was a great result.
