They do not conduct yearly visits. I've had condensation rusting vents and they only replaced the vents instead of fixing the problem. Second vents rusted again. Painted the back deck and charged the owner $1650 even fixing the dish disposal was a pain. The guy came and when he left it still didn't work. I had to call and let them know that it was still broken. So, I tried 3 times to apply for housing and they always deny me. I let the owner know that lack and issues with his home. This is the absolute worst Property Management Company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They are a horrible company with very unprofessional management In my lifetime I have dealt with 2 completely horrible Property management Companies, and I rented for over 20 years with excellent rental history. Strano & Associates are by far the absolute worst. I had to move out of Belleville, IL last November/December 2016 kind of in a hurry to relocate for a new job. I put a lot of time and effort into fixing up and making needed repairs and updates to my house. For instance I installed: new roof, new gutter, new windows, new paint in/out, built a new shed with a carport, New carpet and flooring throughout, waterproofed the basement, new back yard privacy fence. We have rented through Strano property for many years and they have always treated us good. Repairs was taken care of promptly and within a decent time period. We have always received fair treatment with every house we have rented from Strano Property Management. If your looking for a rent home i would recommend Strano to anyone. thank you Donna Range for all your help over the years.

So after dealing with Strano as a Property Management for about 5 years, I decided to no longer use them due to the fact that they do not communicate well between the employees, you respond to their emails and someone else would email you requesting information that you have given to someone else in the office. They do not document move-ins and move-outs like they are suppose to and the owner ends up getting stuck with the damages. The most unprofessional property management company I've ever dealt with. They only care about "how are they going to get your money", they have the worse customer service on the planet, they never return the calls, even if it is an emergency at the property you are renting (like a broken water pipe that was pretty much flooding the basement among other things), they are very shady, and consistency is not a work that exist in their vocabulary, if you are a tenant looking into moving in one of their properties, or an owner lo... read more

Go elsewhere if you don't want to be ripped off. Military member - Rented 6 bedroom for 1 year. Received house in dirty condition...dog hair everywhere, bathrooms filthy...had to clean entire house. Multiple issues with house during the year...slow response to respond and non-experts used to make patch work repairs. I would not be pleased if I owned this house. Horrible. Can't give it Zero stars. Worst rental situation ever. Place is filthy, parking is too limited. Upon move out everything Strano can charge you for, they do! Biggest scam/slum lords imaginable. I left this place in better condition than move in and did all my own maintenance due to it not getting done for months. True fear sets in when you see their maintenance guys try to fix something, I'm glad we didn't die in a fire. Makes sense why they force you to have renters insurance, they know it's a timebomb. At best, they're unprofessional and unethical. They run their business like a bunch of disorganized, snarky, foul mannered sorority girls. They consistently ignore phone calls and emails and then make up their own versions of past communications even when they never took place. Bottom line...they are horrible souls that treat homeowners and tenants with complete disdain. Do yourself a huge favor and simply look elsewhere.
