The BEST customer service and professionals at the counter. Sophie & Tasha were so helpful and kind. Definitely first class service!!
Sofie was great , couldn’t find a truck one way she worked hard to find me a truck before end of the day
My rental was not available at the time reserved. I spoke with 5 different customer service reps to determine that the key had not been left in the box per the rental agreement. I had to wait an additional hour before a local representative opened the location to assist me.
