History Established in 2005. Stormin' Norman's barbecue and Chicken was founded by our Dad (Norman) and Mom (Mary Alice) Richardson. Daddy started up, owned and operated many successful businesses during his lifetime and truly believed that you should not place all of your eggs in one basket. He believed in diversification and he knew a little about everything and did a little of everything, from building Motels in Middle East to washing trucks on I-95. The fried chicken is great, the bbq is amazing. The squash, greens, black eyed peas and other sides are fresh and great tasting. Loved the banana pudding!

Good food at a very reasonable price. The BBQ was wonderful the rest adequate to fill my body and please my mouth. The people were very friendly and nice. It was clean and pleasant. Overall a really good place to stop and eat. We will stop again on our travels.
