Customer did not identify himself as having a medical condition prior to his video set-up. Told us that we could not dictate to him the requirement to wear a mask in our store, argued with me about it for 5 minutes prior to leaving and then came back in the store with his video rolling. Nice try loser!!!!! We want smart, intelligent, customers and want to keep them safe and COVID Free!!!!
I’m a little disappointed. I rented a bounce house for my sons party, had to go out and pick it up. When he got it home to set it up, one of the blowers didn’t work. I called the store and let them know & the guy told me that it would be okay, so I believed him. We had 1 kid get on & the sides collapsed. So my husband had to run out at the beginning of his sons first birthday to get another blower. There were holes all through the bounce house. Definitely not worth the money I paid to rent it along with her customer service.
