Honestly I'm not going to lie I love to work out but that cross fit thing is on a whole other level. Too much work for me lol
It's the best part of my day!!
Great group of folks with whom to work out and even though I am usually DFL (dead freaking last), someone always comes to finish with me and encourage me!
