I went to Bring a Friend at 5am today at the Sequim location. I was very satisfied with the workout. The instructors Kristi and Adrainne were very knowledgeable and helped me out in being more efficient in my burpees. I am very thankful I went. Having instructors who know what they are doing and monitoring closely was very appreciated. I will most likely sign up when I am done with school. Again thank you so much!

First time I have ever stuck with and actually enjoyed working out. The people are amazing. The staff is amazing. I honestly can't say enough good about this place. So the two takeaways? Honestly amazing.
