Storm King Crossfit is AMAZING. The community of both members and coaches have built at atmosphere of wonderful encouragement. You do not have to be in shape to start and they will help you achieve all of your fitness goals. They truly care about the members and will help you get the workout that is perfect for you.

A great place for a community experience! Unlike a regular gym membership it feels like you have a personal trainer and support team for less than half the cost. The coaches are invested in you and everything is easily moderated to accomodate your personal fitness levels, goals and/or restrictions. When you are serious about making healthy life changes, you will have all the tools you need here.
