I would give five stars, but the Ooltewah location Is always closed. 3rd time this week I have tried to use it but there are cones up before 6pm. Does this location close earlier than Internet states? Am I missing something?
I don’t know what happened today but my car was not rinsed and the blower wasn’t powerful enough to dry off the car at all. I came out with my car soaking wet and covered in soap. First time this has ever happened so maybe something is broken???
This is the second time that I have been to this car wash. Last time and today it was stocked and clean. They have reusable towels and cleaner to use. Vacuums are super strong. Darryl helped me twice with out me asking. Helps customer service is 10/10. This is my new favorite car wash. Thank you Darryl. Yoi make a difference. 😊
