The tires don’t even get wash or rinsed! The wheels are still filthy with just brake dust, which I will hose off when I get home, because no water even touched the wheels through the entire car wash, except the runoff down the body. Your windows will look like you’ve cleaned them with Crisco if you use their rags because they cheap out on the washing powders so it doesn’t get the Armorall out from the previous use! Was exceptionally rude towards my family today, grandma went through the wash and got screamed at to "not come back"
No receipt...so you don't have any idea which service you are getting, even though you paid for it...and they wouldn't answer when we asked. - the wash wasn't horrible but certainly wasn't the best - which is what we paid for....if you just want your car rinsed off, just buy the cheapest wash, because that's about what you get.
I used to really like this car wash because it had great amenities like tire air, car fresheners, and a strong vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, things have changed. Prices have gone up, but the amenities and overall quality have gone down. The vacuum is not as strong as it used to be, and some of the extra features are no longer available. Overall, it’s disappointing compared to how it used to be. I hope management can improve the quality again
