Some of the equipment is broken every time I come here. My car was just as dirty after the wash as it was before. The service has clearly gone downhill. They used to provide two different cleaning products—one for the glass and one for the exterior of the car. Now there is only a glass cleaner available. They also used to offer air fresheners, but those are gone as well. There used to be an employee who offered to clean the wheels by hand, but that service has disappeared too. The tires don’t even get wash or rinsed! The wheels are still filthy with just brake dust, which I will hose off when I get home, because no water even touched the wheels through the entire car wash, except the runoff down the body. Your windows will look like you’ve cleaned them with Crisco if you use their rags because they cheap out on the washing powders so it doesn’t get the Armorall out from the previous use!
