Very helpful staff and cleans our cars very well
We pay the monthly fee for unlimited. I’m so angry because I have called three times to try to cancel it. Last time I spoke with someone and she reassured me that it would be canceled and they would reimburse me. They never did and now I’m being charged again. We no longer even have the vehicle. I don’t understand why someone will not follow through with what they say they’re going to do. Update- Melissa made it right and we were reimbursed.
