Hi, I’m Rob Byrd. Usually I wouldn’t bother writing a review because the people I usually encounter these days are not so helpful, polite,or that pleasant to meet. This experience was definitely a great a refreshing change! Although I didn’t get the woman’s name when I rented the unit… I believe she was an assistant manager? She was so helpful.
