I have a 6x12 unit that has almost DOUBLED in price in the last 6 months. I am now billed $126/mo. I can NEVER reach anyone by phone OR IN office even tho sign is lit and says “open”. There have also been times that I’ve come and the man door is completely left open…no management around. I had even called the number on the gate…NEVER got a response. Location has raised rent almost 50% since December of 2025. I have spoke to people on the phone (from their main office‐ California I think) canceling services twice, tried canceling online kept running into error, was supposed to get call back confirmation that it was canceled. No one is calling me back. Was charged for rent again this morning. Will spend 2+ hours on the phone trying to reach an actual person.
