Absolutely terrible place. I have been on auto pay for over a year and randomly last month my payment didn't come out and I didn't notice until this month when I got a final notice that my stuff is being sold. I have been calling for over a week and emailing and have gotten zero response. No one is ever on site to talk to either! Very pissed

UPDATED REVIEW (June 2026). First off, Justin was excellent to work with but his hands seem to be tied by corporate. While the units are still clean and the staff polite and friendly, I lowered the star rating to a 2. This is because of how Storage Star (corporate) continues to nickel and dime people to death. First, they started charging customers an "insurance fee" to insure the unit contents (only) regardless of whether or not the customer wanted it.
