They care about their customers. I had an issues with my unit and they gave me another unit in seconds and accommodated me without having to change my plan. Manager was very nice, he came from another facility just to help me get a lock for my unit.
Nice people, but in less than 4 months I'm paying almost 50% more than I started at. Definitely not cool
They are under new management every week and will loose your keys
James at the Storage Sense Yampa location is extremely professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Way above what I've experienced at other rental facilities across the country. He's someone I'd hire in a minute if he was ever needing a job. I just bought a unit at auction and was there to secure the contents, called when I arrived and James was on his way to another location to help someone else get into their auctioned unit, said he'd be back in 20 min and he was, had 3 people waiting at the door when he returned... read more
