Our business has been using Storage Plus for many years now. The staff there are extremely helpful and provide high level customer service. Jermaine (our account manager) has always handled our team with the utmost diligence. The forklift services they provide out of this world. You can clearly see the experience these drivers hold. Yes there are wait times pending the demand, however this is understandable. The cost of wait time vs overhead costs to have your own forklift is extremely minimal. Been there for over 7 years, at the beginning everything was fine, until I started to get busy moving to happy unit. Forklift services is included in the initial contact without any extra charge. They have many units but limited forklift drivers. Most of them complaints if the job become more difficult. They will start swearing and even left and told me to ask for another driver to do the work. most affordable way to store my items, no double handling , Mariel and Mark where very helpful and knowledgeable, Mark brought the pod and drove it straight into our driveway , gave us tips on how to load it so we can fit everything and left it for three days for us to load it with no rush. the pod was stored in a dry and secured facility
