Worse life experience you will ever have . The fence will get cut open . I lost a very expensive e bike. Generator . Tool box on wheels filled with several year s of collection. A bag with my going out clothing. Mostly new never got to wear seen scattered on the trail path way with my e bike as a daily trail walker spotted them and informed the manager that didn’t secure the scene tell I arrived to retrieve the e bike . As a senior couple having moved back to the area, and downsizing we needed a facility to hold some larger items. I phoned last week and spoke to Leena, very kind and patient, as well as helpful. We did finally make it down to visit and take a look at a unit. We truly appreciated your kindness and thank you for the bottle of water for my husband Doug, he was very tired from the weather. Upon moving out to a cheaper unit we discovered an incredible amount of mice droppings throughout our entire unit. From the moment we opened the door, ontop of everything, they chewed through furniture and clothes. We had to throw away roughly 15-20 garbage bags of personal belongings let alone having to go through every single box and tote to ensure nothing else was damaged. The amount of time wasted to do this is unacceptable especially since outside our unit is a mouse box. Who knows if the box even had any poison left in... read more
Do not use , items are full of mouse urine and feces after and so much is damaged, only let me add 2 pictures or I would show more.So.much is irreplaceable and destroyed since JANUARY.... this happened in less than 6 months. Lena harassed me and my emergency contacts when we have until the 10th , we had to take 16 BAGS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS to the dump. The surface of the Moon is smoother then their driveway. The price of the units are not the cheapest around and this driveway is unacceptable. People's cars are going to get damaged. A few yards of stone could fix this problem but the owners just let complaints fall on deaf ears.
