William has been on site to fix an issue today. He was able to diagnose and and explain the situation and repairs needed. His no nonsense straight forward approach should be commended. His pay should be increased as well. I have had a working relationship with this company for a few years and can trust their experience and recommendations.

Kevin is by far one of the BEST individual to deal with when it comes to all of a sudden maintenance. He is people friendly always smiling and is very knowledgeable in his line of work! Love having him as a part of the Extra Space Storage team! Keep up the great work Kevin

Storage Maintenance has extremely qualified people. They always come in a timely manner and always know how to fix things(sometimes, things I broke;). Kevin has always been professional and personable. He is patient with me with all my questions. I would highly recommend their service and expertise. Thanks, Kevin and all y'all!!
