Had a great experience with Storage King. The service was friendly, the process was easy from start to finish, and the facilities were clean and secure. I genuinely liked everything about them and would happily use them for a long time. P.S. Penny was absolutely amazing to communicate with, helping make the process seamless.
The staff are lovely. But there return policy is dreadful am really annoyed we were charged 10,%,,,$48 return fee and only a store credit, so will never shop there again as there company policies are terrible
