No customer service at all! Just want to not secure your property if it gets stolen they don’t bother to contact the owner, but they will sure keep running your credit card number even months later. Worst storage management I have ever seen in my life!!!
good facility. Good management. simple contract. Space is clean & buildings are in good repair. AC that actually works (unlike the CubeSmart on Spid that has broken AC -89 degrees in that unit today & a super rude front desk person). Reasonable pricing as well with Storage King on Rodd Field. I'm a satisfied customer with Storage King. I also have a Move It Storage on Yorktown that pricing nearly doubled in first month of having unit. Also a UShip container off Crosstown that has been better experience to move big furniture ... read more
